Hotel piñata activity entertains children during holiday staycation in Jakarta, Indonesia

On March 22, 2026, in Jakarta, Indonesia, @rafaelkenzosjarif shared a lighthearted video captured during the Lebaran (Eid) long weekend while guests were staying at the Fairmont Hotel. In the video, a large box shaped as a piñata hangs from the ceiling while a boy is guided by the host to pull the strings. As the mechanism is triggered, candies and small goodies fall out, and the children eagerly gather the sweets. One boy collects a large amount and proudly shows what he has gathered. According to the author, the hotel organized the piñata activity as part of holiday entertainment for children during the staycation period. Afterward, the child was not allowed to keep all the candy, and the sweets and chocolates were later shared with school friends.
