In the video, intense flames spread across the roof of the single-story commercial building, lighting up the night sky as thick smoke billows overhead. Blue emergency lights flash against the building’s exterior as firefighters respond to the blaze. According to reports, the fire broke out on Wednesday evening and rapidly spread across the roof, which was equipped with photovoltaic solar panels, before destroying the supermarket. At the height of the emergency, 34 fire brigade units were deployed to battle the flames. Due to the intensity of the fire and concerns about hazardous smoke, Poland’s Government Security Centre issued a regional text alert instructing residents to remain indoors and keep their windows tightly closed.
