On July 26, 2026, in Jiangmen, Guangdong, China, @Chǎnshǐdàwáng shared a video showing several tabby cats gathered inside a cardboard box. Some of the cats appear to be wrapped in clear plastic film with their heads uncovered, while others peek out from the sides of the box. The unusual sight shows the cats being restrained as their treatment is carried out. According to the author, the cats were being treated for parasites, and the wrapping was intended to prevent them from escaping while the medication was applied. The author explained that the cats were unwrapped periodically and bathed afterward. The room was also air-conditioned during the process.
