In the video, one of the spools is visibly tilted over the edge of the truck bed, appearing dangerously close to falling into the adjacent lane. According to the author, they repeatedly honked to alert the truck driver, but the vehicle continued moving. The author added that the driver appeared to notice the shifting cargo but did not turn on the hazard lights.
