On October 13, 2026, in Sichuan, China, @MuMu'er'sDiary shared a video capturing a baby’s unexpected mishap while crawling on a tiled floor. In the video, the baby, wearing a striped outfit and a padded safety helmet, crawls beside an olive-green toy wagon and holds onto one of its back wheels for support. As the baby shifts forward, the wheel rolls slightly, causing the baby to lose balance and fall face-first onto the floor. An adult immediately approaches to check on the baby. The sudden fall highlights how quickly little ones can lose their balance while exploring their surroundings.
