On October 26, 2026, in Shandong, China, @Huāerkāilelālā shared a video showing the rescue of a small tabby kitten trapped at the bottom of a deep, narrow concrete pit. In the footage, murky water can be seen pooling along one side of the pit as the author attaches a red bucket to the end of a long wooden stick with a string and carefully lowers it toward the kitten. The kitten looks up and repeatedly calls out from below, seemingly seeking help. Once the kitten climbs into the bucket, the author slowly lifts it out and brings it to safety.
