In the video, a woman walks toward a building when a strong gust suddenly tears roofing materials loose and sends debris flying toward her. She immediately runs toward the building for shelter as pieces of the roof fall onto nearby parked vehicles. According to reports, the incident occurred amid severe weather across Sverdlovsk Oblast, where snowfall and gale-force winds affected the region. Wind gusts were forecast to reach 27 meters per second, accompanied by sleet and icy conditions. The severe weather also caused power outages across nine municipalities, including Kamensk-Uralsky, Bogdanovich, Sukhoi Log, and Verkhnyaya Pyshma. Emergency services deployed 69 specialists and 20 vehicles to address the disruptions.
